We partner with government agencies, health systems, and life-science organizations to deliver consulting, workforce, and compliance solutions that improve population health outcomes.

Our Founder & CEO
Shabaura Perryman, MPH
Founder · Principal Consultant
Shabaura Perryman is a public health executive and implementation strategist with more than 25 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, corporate healthcare, HIV care and prevention, stakeholder engagement, workforce development, and health equity.
Her career includes leadership and strategic roles with AID Atlanta, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Merck, where she supported community-centered health initiatives, patient engagement, advocacy strategy, and cross-sector partnerships. Her experience bridges frontline public health service, regional advocacy, and corporate healthcare strategy.
As Founder and CEO of S Perryman Consulting, Shabaura helps healthcare organizations, public health agencies, nonprofits, community health centers, and industry partners strengthen systems, develop teams, improve operations, and implement programs that advance measurable outcomes.
She is known for building trust across sectors, translating strategy into action, and helping organizations serve priority communities with greater clarity, capacity, and impact. She also serves as President of the Educational Arts Society and leads social impact initiatives through Onset DNA.
