Shabaura Perryman, MPH
Founder · Principal Consultant
Shabaura Perryman brings over 25 years of cross-sector experience across public health, nonprofit leadership, and corporate healthcare. She has led local, national, and regional initiatives in HIV treatment, prevention, stakeholder engagement, and DEI strategy within nonprofit and corporate sectors.
Shabaura is known for her ability to bridge strategic vision with operational execution, offering clients a rare combination of policy fluency, systems thinking, and community-centered design. She also leads social impact initiatives like Onset DNA and She also serves as the President Educational Arts Society, reflecting a commitment to inclusive, outcomes-focused work.
